Who's cooking
I'm Chef J. I cook the food I grew up on: jollof that tastes like a Saturday party, egusi thick enough to stand a spoon in, pepper soup for cold Swedish nights. Everything is cooked from scratch on order day, never frozen, never batch-made weeks ahead. Whether it's one plate for yourself or trays for fifty guests, it leaves my kitchen the same way: properly seasoned.
